After the success of Uncle Samjha Karo and Yeh Dil Mange More, writer, Paritosh Painter and producer Nirav Parekh are set to stage a new family comedy Hindi play Paying Guest under the banner of RANGMANCH theatre events.

A wanted Hindi family comedy play of unwanted guests.

Staring: Delnaaz Paul, better known as Sweety of Kal Ho Na Ho, Balwinder Singh Suri-One of the very popular Sardar on Indian television, Abhishek Sharma –Hritik Roshan's Kid brother in Kaho Naa Pyaar Hai, and Jayesh Thakkar.

Ballu Singh lives in a wonderfully eccentric apartment with his lovable wife Baby and their only son Sunny. The family decides to hire one of their rooms to a paying guest as they are in a little financial crunch. A huge List of do's and don'ts are prepared for any one aspiring to occupy the room. Most important of which is that the room will be given only to a married couple.


Rahul & Sanjay on the other side are two well qualified, jobless bachelors thrown out of their hostel and are desperately looking for a cheap accommodation.


Rahul & Sanjay stumble upon an advertisement placed by the Singh Family regarding availability of room on rent. So the two bachelors decide to lie to the Singh family that they are actually a married couple - Rahul & Sanjana (Sanjay disguised as Rahul's wife).


And this gives rise to a roller coaster; fun filled series are events, which are bound to put the audiences in splits. The sequences are beautifully pictured which gives rise to hilarious situations time & again.
